Hi there
Give thanks you for the response.
I did utilise the suggested method, in fact twice, merely it not unfortunately help.
After pressing the power push button when the PC is in hibernation manner, information technology even so gets stuck with the initial Samsung symbol & it stays like that as long as one does nada UNTIL you press the button again, which switches it off. Information technology is only later on a 2nd push of the ability button that it starts, normally.
After the initial upgrade from win 8.ane to 10, I have done for a number of reasons several clean installs. The latest at end of 2022 & on December. 31 saved a system image. Afterwards that. because of some unrelated issue, i got an HDD failure every bit mentioned most 2 weeks ago, bought a new HDD & used the epitome to restore it.
It had been working with no problem until as i said, I noted the hibernation issue.
I besides demand to say I have ever used the Samsung battery setting, of making the battery only accuse to 80% to elongate battery life it had never been a problem before. It comes from a Samsung program made for Win 8 Only has always worked under Win 10.
I take non changed whatever power settings otherwise & but manually apply the F keys to lower the brightness when using the battery.
Before, submitting this, I manually disabled the hibernation setting via the Cpanel & re-enabled information technology again, simply it did non likewise help.
I also turned Fastboot back on, since turning it off did not assistance every bit mentioned in initial post & it was not a problem before in the time I have used Win 10 since September.
Quite strange.
What could I try next?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Arul_D
I assumed yous would turn back & check out the feedback to your recommendation, which I and some other user have responded to, 8 days back, if I am not mistaken .....
I have in the meantime tried to utilize sfc /scannow & DISM Scanhealth command, ... no problem found.
Trying to repair Startup using repair tools on USB stick has failed a few times. The error log saved in System32\LogFiles\Srt has several results of tests performed, equally much as I tin run across all "Completed successfully" & at the cease:
Root cause found: => Boot status indicates that the OS booted succesfully.
I hope we can be helped, because for a number of issues raided in this forum of late, including Startmenu disappearing, etc, all suggested solutions after getting a response with one, 2 Methods, & no farther follow up, I take been forced to re-install Windows to solve them.
Your assistance would very much be appreciated.
Regards

I also have the same problem with my Samsung laptop since last month and I have no thought why I started having this issue. No updates were installed when this problem appeared. Whenever I kickoff my laptop from hide or shutdown (with fast startup enabled), my laptop will testify the Samsung logo with the circumvolve of white dots for a few seconds then shuts itself downward. Sometimes, I would hear a sound as if something stopped spinning inside my laptop. I accept to press the power push button again to start it from common cold boot. It boots upwardly normally if I wake it upwardly from sleep or from restart.
I tried disabling/re-enabling hibernation and fast startup. Information technology works only this is only like starting from a cold boot, which is significantly slower. I want these features enabled without causing any startup issues. I used troubleshooting tool for power (no bug were found), checked if there are any updates for my drivers from the manufacturer (all are upward-to-date), and tried sfc /scannow control (no problems were found). I always check the reliability history and event viewer whenever this happens but these tin can't point out the cause of this issue.
I hope a solution comes up presently.

The solution that worked with me is as follows:
ane- Open Windows 10 Power options
2-On the left side panel click on " Choose what the ability buttons practise"
iii-Click on change settings that are currently unavailable
4-Then go downwards to Shutdown settings andremove the Tick mark on "Turn on fast startup"
I believe this should solve your problem as it has worked with me....Proficient Luck
